The Project
After a successful summer campaign with Destination Ontario and Ontario's Highlands, we were invited back to develop and shoot the winter campaign for Ontario's Highlands Tourism Organization (OHTO).
OHTO gave us a list of activities that they want to target in their winter campaign and we storyboarded the best way to develop each story within 60 seconds. We looked at pacing, how to highlight the most important elements of each segment and how to create interesting and dynamic visuals to impress the audience.
We decided that Snowmobiling had to be fast, adrenaline-filled and full of awe. Dogsledding had to highlight how important the health and treatment of the dogs is to their owners'. And Cozy Cabins had to encompass "winter magic" and getting away from the city to have a fun-filled weekend.
Across the three videos, we currently count 450,000 views, and saw a huge increase in reach and engagement compared to previous videos on OHTO's facebook page.
